Forest Therapy is not about hiking, fitness, or reaching a destination. It is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the healing presence of nature through guided invitations and mindful awareness.
What Happens Next?
You will receive an email shortly with details about your session, including location information, what to bring, and any additional instructions. If you do not see the email within a few days, please check your junk or spam folder.
Before Your Session
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and season. Choose footwear that allows you to walk comfortably on natural trails and uneven terrain. Bring water and any personal items you may need to remain comfortable during our time together.
You are welcome exactly as you are. There is no experience, fitness level, or special preparation required.

Forest Therapy is a guided mindfulness experience that supports relaxation, connection, and overall well-being. It is not a form of counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
