1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Otherwise Stated)
All purchases made through Purple Phoenix Wellness—whether for in-person or virtual sessions, packages, or digital products—are considered final and non-refundable unless a different refund policy is explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Once a session has taken place, or a digital/virtual offering has been accessed or delivered, it cannot be undone. Because our work often involves energy, intention, and experiential processes, we cannot accommodate returns in the conventional sense.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- If you do not show up for your session (no-show), the full session fee is charged with no refund.

3. Packages & Multi-Session Offerings

Packages or bundles (e.g., 3-session package) are non-refundable once one of the sessions is used or booked.

Unused sessions may be rescheduled within 1 month of the start date; after that, they expire, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In rare circumstances (e.g. health emergency), we may offer credit toward an alternate service at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Digital & Virtual Products / Offerings
For digital products, recordings, or virtual offerings:

Once content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, no refund will be issued.

If you experience technical issues or access difficulties, please contact us and we will assist with access problems — but we do not offer refunds on content that has been successfully delivered. However, we do strive for excellent customer service, reach out to us with any concerns with your digital products.
5. Disputes, Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By booking or purchasing with Purple Phoenix Wellness:

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or reversal with your payment provider solely due to dissatisfaction with an experiential or energetic outcome.

If a dispute arises, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery, communications, and this policy to the payment processor.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
We provide supportive, healing, and spiritual services to facilitate growth, clarity, and well-being—but we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. Your experience is unique to your own process and progress.

Purple Phoenix Wellness reserves the right to update or amend this Refund Policy at any time. The current version will always be posted on the website with its effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At Purple Phoenix Wellness, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you have used your meditation collection consistently for up to 60 days and feel it has not provided meaningful value or supported a positive shift in your overall well-being, you may request a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.

Our meditation collections are created with a consistent style, structure, and approach. The purpose of our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is to allow you to experience that approach and determine whether it feels aligned with your personal journey.
To keep this guarantee fair and sustainable, it is limited to one refund per customer. If a collection is refunded under this policy, future meditation collection purchases will not be eligible for additional refunds.
