I’ve seen it first-hand how deeply loneliness can settle into the bones. How some seniors go days or even weeks without meaningful conversation. How even the most loving families, stretched thin by life, can unintentionally leave their elders feeling forgotten… or worse, abandoned. This offering was born from that knowing.

Through Purple Phoenix Wellness, I bring soul-led companionship to seniors in Durham Region. These are not clinical or medical visits. These are human-to-human moments: cups of tea, shared memories, peaceful walks, mindful presence. A Reiki-infused visit that honours not just the body, but the spirit too.

Whether you or a loved one are looking for someone to sit with, talk with, or simply share space with, this offering is here to meet that need with heart, and, if wanted, with healing energy.

Visit Types & Rates

Friendly Light Visit – $30

A gentle 1 hour visit for those who simply need someone there. A friendly visit, a shared story, a walk around the garden, reading aloud, or quiet company while they knit, nap, or reflect. A calming Reiki infused visit.

Friendly Deep Visit – $45

This 1.5 hour visit is for those who may benefit from an added layer of calm and energy support. Alongside conversation or companionship, I offer intuitive energy balancing, guided breath, or simply holding space with intention.

Friendly Block Visit – $55 

A 2 hour extended, peaceful visit.
For deeper connection and slower rhythms. A perfect window for storytelling, legacy chats, light touch energy work, or longer gentle companionship without rushing.

Weekly Companionship Options

Weekly Light Visit-$110/mth

One 1-hour Light Visit each week
Consistent, gentle companionship for those who simply want connection and comfort.

  • Reserved weekly 1 hour time slot

  • Includes light conversation, gentle outings, or shared stillness

Weekly Deep Visit-$170/mth

One 1.5-hour Deep Visit each week
For seniors who benefit from both companionship and healing presence. A deep visit on a consistent schedule.

  • Reserved weekly 1.5-hour visit

  • Ideal for sensitive or high-anxiety clients

Weekly Block Visit-$210/mth

One 2-hour Block Visit each week
For seniors who benefit from both companionship and healing presence. Deeper connection and slower rhythms. 

  • Reserved weekly 2-hour visit

  • Includes Reiki infused energy grounding and balancing

  • Service area: Durham Region, Ontario

  • Hours: Weekdays only (no weekends or holidays at this time)

  • Visits: Are non-medical, focused on presence and support

  • Travel: Included within Durham Region
