I’ve seen it first-hand—how deeply loneliness can settle into the bones. How some seniors go days or even weeks without meaningful conversation. How even the most loving families, stretched thin by life, can unintentionally leave their elders feeling forgotten… or worse, abandoned. This offering was born from that knowing.

Through Purple Phoenix Wellness, I bring soul-led companionship to seniors in Durham Region. These are not clinical or medical visits. These are human-to-human moments—cups of tea, shared memories, peaceful walks, mindful presence. A Reiki-infused visit that honors not just the body, but the spirit too.

With a background as a Reiki Master, Grief Life Coach, and End-of-Life Doula, I offer more than company. I offer calm. Witnessing. Dignity. Because nobody should feel alone at this stage of life. And sometimes, just showing up—fully—is the most sacred thing we can do. As we age, what matters most is connection—someone who listens without rushing, who brings gentle calm into the room, and who knows how to simply be there when words aren’t needed.
I bring a blend of intuitive, healing presence, gentle conversation, and—when welcomed—subtle energy support, all offered with deep respect for the sacredness of this life stage.
