Whether you are mourning the loss of a loved one, a pet companion, anticipating a goodbye or received a terminal diagnoses, you are welcome here. At Purple Phoenix Wellness, we offer sacred, somatic, and spiritual support for every stage of grief, through guided meditation, energy healing, frequency therapy, and soulful presence. Each session or group circle is a place where your pain is valid, your love is remembered, and your healing is gently supported. This is not clinical therapy, this is soul companionship through the fire of loss. A return to self, resonance, and remembrance. Let’s walk this path together, you are not alone. Grief Support Session

60 Minute Session Virtual or In-Person $90

A virtual sacred space to hold your grief, gently and without pressure. Through guided meditation, intuitive soul support, you are lovingly supported in processing and integrating the emotional waves of loss. A deeply supportive one-on-one session to process your grief.

Includes:

  • 5 Point Energy Alignment

  • Reiki Energy Work 
  • PEMF frequency therapy (in-person only) 
  • Guided meditative grounding

Our Sacred Grief Offerings are designed to meet you where you are — in love, in loss, in transition. Whether you are navigating fresh waves of sorrow or quietly tending to long-held grief, these sessions offer a soft space for your heart to land. Each session invites gentle reflection, energetic healing, and soul-level support through intuitive practices, Reiki, meditation, and compassionate listening. Grief is not only experienced through the death of a loved one, it can arise in many forms: like the end of a relationship, the loss of a job or sense of purpose, changes in health, the loss of a home, identity, future plans, or the life you once imagined. These losses deserve just as much care and space to be felt and honoured.

You are welcome to book sessions weekly, biweekly, monthly, or simply as often as your soul calls for it.

What Kinds Of Grief Do You Support?

Grief is not limited to the death of a loved one. I support individuals navigating many forms of loss, including the loss of a relationship, changes in health or identity, career or financial loss, estrangement, anticipatory grief, and the quiet grief that comes with life transitions. If something meaningful has changed or been taken from you, your grief is valid and welcome here.

How Is Grief Life Coaching Different From Therapy Or Counselling?

Grief life coaching is non-clinical and forward-supportive. Rather than diagnosing or treating mental health conditions, this work focuses on compassionate presence, emotional processing, meaning-making, and practical support as you learn to live alongside grief. Sessions offer a safe space to be heard, to explore what your grief is asking of you, and to gently rebuild life around loss at your own pace. This service can complement therapy, but it is not a replacement for mental health care.

What can I Expect During A Grief Support Session?

Each session is guided by where you are on that day. Some sessions may focus on talking and reflection, while others may include grounding practices, gentle mindfulness, breathwork, or intuitive exercises to help regulate the nervous system. There is no pressure to “fix” your grief or move through it in a certain way. The intention is to create a steady, compassionate space where your grief can be acknowledged, supported, and integrated over time.

The 5 Point Alignment is a gentle energetic clearing method that works across five key levels of your being: emotional, physical, mental, energetic, and spiritual.

What Is PEMF Healing?

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) healing is a gentle, non-invasive wellness modality that uses low-frequency electromagnetic pulses to support the body’s natural healing processes. These pulses help encourage healthy cellular activity, improve circulation, and support relaxation of the nervous system. PEMF is often used to promote balance, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing by helping the body return to a more regulated state.
