At Purple Phoenix Wellness, we offer sacred, somatic, and spiritual support for every stage of grief — through guided meditation, energy healing, frequency therapy, and soulful presence. Each session or group circle is a place where your pain is valid, your love is remembered, and your healing is gently supported. This is not clinical therapy, this is soul companionship through the fire of loss. A return to self, resonance, and remembrance. Let’s walk this path together, you are not alone. Every offering is created to hold you — they are sacred containers, for grief, for energy realignment, for end-of-life preparation and for softening into who you are becoming. Here, you’ll find a blend of compassionate care and soulful presence — designed to support your emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Each service below includes a fully integrated healing experience with:

Our Sacred Grief Offerings are designed to meet you where you are — in love, in loss, in transition. This is not an open drop-in circle.
This is a sacred, progressive group support journey. The series is designed to create emotional safety, soul bonding, and energetic support through a consistent group container. Sessions build upon each other with themed meditations, energy healing, and guided integration. For the deepest healing experience, this circle is best suited for those who can commit to attending each weekly session consistently.
A deeper path for those living with profound grief — recent, complex, or layered. Designed to support the long arc of mourning and re-integration.

Whether your loss is recent, long ago, or quietly unfolding in your heart, this sacred 90-minute online grief circle offers a gentle space to be witnessed, heard, and held. Open to all, regardless of where you are on your grief journey, each session includes compassionate sharing, guided reflection, and a supportive group presence — no expectations, no pressure, just connection. Come as you are, drop in when you need, and know that your grief is welcome here.
